Richard Ross

As a seasoned attorney, Richard has extensive experience with national and international employment law, and is widely recognized for his leadership in Alternative Dispute Resolution (ADR). He was an early champion of ADR programs to resolve employment disputes, and he has written and spoken extensively on the topic.

Based in St. Louis, Missouri, Richard also has over 25 years of experience as an in-house general counsel. During his tenure as Senior Associate General Counsel for Anheuser-Busch, he led the development and implementation of that company’s ADR program. He worked closely with company executives on all areas of employment law and business ethics, including internal investigations and executive separation agreements.
